The hosting company screwed up so now I have to rebuild all the menus.

Thanks!

We enjoyed this bottle at Dickie Brennan's Palace Cafe with an appetizer of crabmeat cheesecake and turtle soup, citrus duck entrees and white chocolate bread pudding and peach shortcake desserts.  It was a pleasurable paring across the board.  I was shocked to discover that this wine was limited to a production of only 85 cases.  If you are a fan of dry riesling and happen to stumble across this one I highly suggest giving it a swirl.

Notes:

Crisp and refreshing, lots of peach and pear on the font end with a nice contrast of green apple.  A long, fruity, smooth finish without any harshness.  Excellent with food, could just as easily stand alone as afternoon refreshment.  7/10
