The hosting company screwed up so now I have to rebuild all the menus.

Another favorite from way back.  I can't recall the first time we tasted this one, but 1998/1999 is in the ballpark based on some of the earlier labels I've pulled out of the rack.  Definitely sweet by any measure, reach for this wine if you want an afternoon glass, have a light cheese tray or need a light dessert.  This wine has been consistent from bottle to bottle and year to year and is now one that we will purchase blind without reservation.

Notes:

Fresh, crisp, loads of pear and apple fruit.  Just enough acid to take the sweet edge off leading to a finish that goes on for days.  Don't look for this to hold up to heavy dishes, but in addition to the previous recommendations we like it with light fish (trout, tilapia) and shellfish.  You should certainly give this a taste if presented the opportunity.  8/10.
